Odds for JG or AC to win the event at wsex

Does anyone else think this is a good bet?

PO2 1 2006 (F) WILL JAMIE GOLD OR ALLEN CUNNINGHAM WIN THE 2006 WSOP MAIN EVENT? (3:05 pm ET)

I am tempted to bet 570 to win 300 that either one of these two will be the last two standing. Any sportsbookie peeps want to weigh in on this before I bet more?

I would bet AC to win at 5:2 odds and then bet the no at +160 if I were you. (And yes, my money is where my mouth is with 1k on AC to win and 800 on neither JG or AC to win)

There is no chance that Gold takes this down

On the other hand, both Moneymaker and Raymer were chip leaders going to the final table.

Personally I think that it's a decent bet that either of them will win. Personally, I'd say a Cunningham 1st and Gold 2nd is not at all unlikely.

The line on wsex is now down to:

YES -160
NO +130

At -160 the play might be the yes... at least its close

They have 48% of chips (28% JG, 20% AC), hopefully stay out of each other's way, seats 5(AC) and 8(JG). Got to think AC would win 35-40% of the time from this spot vs. non-pros. AC was 750-1 on sportsbet.com in June. Wish I'd put more than a buck on him.... [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
