advice on weight loss?
i've lost about 15 pounds of fat, plus put on a lot of muscle lately but i'm really looking for any possible way i can lose my gut besides just doing cardio every day ( which i allready am doing when i'm not too sore from lifting ).
i noticed a few pills/powders in this weight lifting magazine i just bought which claim they can help you lose a lot of fat in a short period of time. is there any validity to these things? i'm kind of desperate at this point, even though i'm steadily losing weight, to lose it faster. |
