Default Calling all in with two pair early in a $5 MTT

First off, sorry the hand history isnt converted, Im new to posting in forums and dont know of any Full Tilt hand convertor.

Id really like to know if i played this hand well, I'll go through the hand and tell you what I was thinking at each level and would like your opinon and how you would of played it?

Its early in the tournament so no reads on any players but the general feel of the table is tight.

Full Tilt Poker Game #875519786: $5 + $0.50 Tournament (5684228), Table 16 - 15/30 - No Limit Hold'em - 9:05:34 ET - 2006/08/08
Seat 1: utlnghorn1 (1,200)
Seat 2: Adam_wils (1,860)
Seat 3: nivek33 (1,440)
Seat 4: bunnyblues (1,320)
Seat 5: Diogen (1,650)
Seat 6: jimster71 (1,410)
Seat 7: BoxerIsland (1,500)
Seat 8: goukoben (1,500)
Seat 9: AngryTee2U (1,620)
Diogen posts the small blind of 15
jimster71 posts the big blind of 30
The button is in seat #4
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Adam_wils [8s 7s]
BoxerIsland folds
goukoben calls 30
AngryTee2U folds
utlnghorn1 calls 30
Adam_wils calls 30
nivek33 folds
bunnyblues folds
Diogen folds
jimster71 checks

with two limpers infront and a slight lead in chips on this table i thought i could look at a cheap flop and see if my hand improves

*** FLOP *** [8c 3h 7c]
jimster71 bets 90
goukoben calls 90
utlnghorn1 folds

i think jimster on the bb could have anything at this point, with the pot at 135 a 90 raise tells me he possibly has top pair and i imagine with a high kicker, since goukoben limped in preflop and called on the flop i think he is drawing to a possible flush, i dont think anyone has trips at this point becasue the pot would of been risen preflop becasue the table was so tight if anyone had a pocket pair and if goukoben had them he would of re rasied on the flop, having top two pair and seeing a flush draw on the board i want to get rid of any drawing hands so raise about the size of the pot giving bad odds to call from anyone drawing.

Adam_wils raises to 300
jimster71 has 15 seconds left to act
jimster71 raises to 1,380, and is all in
goukoben raises to 1,470, and is all in

now jimster moved all in and goukoben has called. my opinon had now changed on jimster's hand i think he possibly has trip 3s (with pocket 8s or 7s i would assume a preflop raise) or a very good flush draw. goukoben's call of the all in was very quick which i know is a tell for people with drawing hands, being so early in the tournament i know a lot of people will take the risk to double up.

there is about 3,400 in the pot and i have just over 1,000 left i think the odds here are giving me the thumbs up to call, but so early in the tournament are the odds worth the risk?

I'll post what happend in the hand after a few replys

Plenty of combo draws are possible, could always hope he slowplayed AA/KK.
I'd call, but be expecting 3 3 a lot of the time

call, I think you will see AA-TT here, possibly for both players, far more often than you're going to run into the trip 3s. Even if that happens, you are still 32% to boat up. These things with the great pot odds beg for a call.

this isn't even close, even with two people, and especially because you're playing on full tilt

you're going to see two draws here most of the time

Easy call with two pairs, when there's no threat of a completed flush or straight. If someone flips over a set, then it just wasn't your day.

None of the converters I've found linked in the FAQ or in people's posted hands work for FTP. I've been trying though, so if anyone has a link, it'd be appreciated.

And to the OP, definitely a call. I've played some of these $5 mtt's on full tilt recently, and the play is absolutely insane in the first hour.

Call. It's a $5. The first guy could easily have A8 or 99/TT or something like that, second guy could easily be on a flush draw/straight draw. This early in a tournament, you want to be accumulating chips, and the donks at this level try to give them to you. Take them.

Also, how is he 32% to fill up from flopping two pair if utg has a boat?

No; a set on the flop is 35% to boat up. Two pair is a little over 15%.
