2/4: KKK flop and I\'ve got A9
Villain is 33/25/2.5, and I haven't gotten into a previous encounter with him. No real feel of his play unfortunately. When I called the flop, I was debating whether to take this to showdown unimproved.

I raise the river for value. Only thing you're scared of here is TT+ or the unlikely case king.

Re: 2/4: KKK flop and I\'ve got A9
My first instinct was to raise the turn but I think your line's better. If we raise the turn and he's got a smaller pp or something like AQ or AJ he's probably folding here so you put in two bets to win one when you're ahead. If he's got a big pp or the K you're getting reraised and know you've got an unpleasant call down where you're probably going to lose unless you hit your A.

I raise the turn for value. If I didn't raise the turn, I raise the river.

If I didn't fold the flop, I play it the same.
