Registering on Battlefield is annoying and unclear.

I registered, set up an account, deposited money planning on playing later tonight or tomorrow. Then I get an e-mail (four identical ones actually) an hour or so later saying that I have multiple accounts opened there, and it'll be closing my latest one.

This is clearly wrong, since I've never played there on this site or any skin before. I contacted Live Support, where I was told that to play there I need to now fax or e-mail something like a bank statement. The guy just says that this is standard procedure at most poker sites now. I registered on three other poker sites in the past two weeks, so I clearly lucked out so far.

Basically they accept your money, then tell you that your account is being closed, information gathered by a security run they do after they've accepted your money, due to multiple accounts, which is a clear lie. Now send in documents or lose account, money, etc. This bugs me, and I hope it doesn't happen to any of you.
