Anyone ever have a nonpaying bidder on any ebay items that they sold? Tomorrow it will be a week and I want to file a claim. Anyone have success with it?

4 or 5 times. What success are you looking for ? You mean in tracking them down or in getting your final value credit back?

Please elaborate.

I guess either. Does ebay give you your final value credit back if unpaid? I'm just not too sure how it works and I feel like once I do it that the buyer will just give me negative feedback.

When you file a nonpayer form, the buyer loses feedback rights until you get paid.

Can I give a second chance auction to the second highest bidder at this time even if I have only one item?

I'd send out the 2nd chance offer to every bidder that bid at least the amount you wanted. Then give it to whoever accepts it.
