Default Okay, How Does this Guy Take 5941 Punches to the Head and Still Win?

MMA fight. Guy gets pummeled and still manages to win. How is he not dead after taking that many blows?

Hero vs Smirnovas

The other guy has no power in his punches? He didn't even have a black eye or any cuts after all that.

I love that ref. That fight could have easily been stopped several times but he just let them keep going.

WOW! Some of the punches by whitey were pretty hard. I think the asian dude just has a rock for a head. Plus, he had a much better killer instinct when he had the upper hand than whitey. Whitey should have had Tommy from The Contender in his corner yelling at him.

Ever seen a Jackie Chan movie.

Ever see Jackie lose a fight.

Clearly the answer is asian men can get pummeled and still win any fight.

You guys know that is Kazushi Sakuraba right? He beat 4 Gracies. Too bad now he is old, beat up, and gets ko'ed by nobodies.

The correct answer is either weak punches or luck, and im really surprised the ref didnt stop the fight.

Sakuraba is a monster, he can take an amazing amount of punishment. I could have seen some opportunities for the ref to stop the fight early, but Sakuraba is a hometown hero. The other guy just gassed.

Don't know anything about this sport.....

But I just watched and yes Hero took a large number of punches. But the other guy couldn't finish the job and wore himself out by the look of it. When Hero eventually got up he looked like he was acting punch drunk, but was actually reacting decently enough. He then capatalised on the fact that the other guy had completely knackered himself out.
