What game? Limit or no limit or pot limit? Holdem, omaha or stud. Hi-only or hi-low? 6-max or full ring? What blinds?

Do the hands you have been raising with justify raising? If no, then slow down, if yes, then keep going.

How long have you been using ST? The data may not be sufficient since you said "recently". On 100 hands the difference between 5-10% is only 5 hands. Ditto that for 300 hands, only 15 hands. If it is a good sample size, then look at how you are playing the hands you raise. Are they strong hands, are you winning a majority of them? Also how are your opponents reacting to your raises? Do they think you are raising a lot? You really need to look at more then just a % to determine if you are raising to many hands.

It would depend on your style of play and what image you have.

I think 10% PFR is great!

Ok, so then the sample size is good enough. Now you need to look at what are the results of the hands you raise. Are you winning a good portion of them? If so, then you are probably fine. If not adjust. Also look at what positions you are raising from. Are you raising because of your cards or because of your position or because of the player or all three?

My point in these responses is that you can not simply go by a cold hard percentage.
