Monthly statment and credit amount not the same

Alright, here is my problem/question and yes I have already emailed the affiliate department at party but it is the weekend and as far as I know they don't do anything during the weekend. So my statment says I earned $X amount of money, so I go to my cashier to cash out my money and it is short about $100.

This ever happen to any other party affiliates? Any reason that this could happen other then error on partys end? Just pretty much wanting some reassurance that I will not be shorted my money.

You are aware that if you hit 10k + MGR you still only get 20% on the first 10k.

some sites do it that way. my program is not that way at party.
