Party VIP Support - Avg response time?

Hey guys, I'm on my 3rd day waiting for a reply on two emails i sent to Party VIP support. They are what I consider important issues, and seeing as my MGR is about 3000 a month - I would have expected some recognition of my email, at least a notice that they received it. What is the avg response time for them in your experience?

VIP reps work out of their london office, not their east-asian call centers.

they're not there on weekends.

What level VIP are you? I've always found my emails to party vip responded shockingly quick. It states on their webpage that gold members get the highest priority when it comes to email support, which I think is BS. Nonetheless ever since they started their vip program I've always had my emails answered rather quickly.

So that's another gripe with party that I have to scratch off my list.

I've never had to wait more than half an hour for a response from the party VIP staff, and I end up having to email them at least once a week (usually about the football promo).

I was thinking office vs. office poker game to be honest :] (we beat Paradise! Or at least, ex-Paradise employees when they closed London office)

I've received responses on the weekend. But the response time has been varying for me. I don't think they care who you are anymore, I do about 20K MGR a month on average and they still take forever in getting back to me depending on the question. Here are some examples:

1. I asked a question about my VIP bonus amount

Reponse time: 24 Hrs

2. I asked about a goofup where they took too money out of my account for a cruise room upgrade.

Response time: 20 Hrs

I used to get responses from them immediately, but now I don't think they care.
