2/4 full tilt game
no stats. I didn't even have PT loaded, I was just messing around at 2/4 before I had to be somewhere, but ended up playing with the same players for around 30-45 min. UTG+1 had been playing a ton of hands and his pf aggression, if I had to guess, was like a 5. That's the only reason I checked this flop. I was going to check raise him if the sb folded and lead the rest of the hand, but since the sb folded I was going to try and make a big hand. The sb was extremly solid. He never raised preflop and slowplayed a lot of big hands.

Re: 2/4 full tilt game
I raise the flop anyways. You have a FD + gutshot + OC.

Re: 2/4 full tilt game
Preflop is a little loose for me.
On the flop, I would bet. You clearly have an equity edge and if UTG builds a pot by raising, this is not bad. Turn is "okay" given the passivity on the flop, but it still looks ugly. The river looks like a good fold but I can't say I would fault you for calling against an unknown. |

Re: 2/4 full tilt game
PREFLOP: I would fold, but whatever.
FLOP: I think it might be ok to bet this particular flop, but its close. By close I mean, Wtf are you doing?? If youre not gonna bet this monster flop, what flop are you gonna bet?? TURN: Given your stellar flop play, turn looks fine. RIVER: Standard. Edit: Given that you did check this flop, PLZ checkraise. |

Re: 2/4 full tilt game
I'm mucking this preflop
On the flop I like a bet. Your draw is super strong here and the board isn't really scary. If you are going to check, I think you need to check-raise and lead the turn. |

Re: 2/4 full tilt game
What do you guys think of this:
If UTG is a bet/fold guy, checkraise the flop. If he's a bet/raise guy, then lead. Assuming you're UI on the turn after checkraising the flop, lead to get SB out. If you improve, checkraise. On the river, checkraise UTG + SB call, and check-fold to two cold? --Dave. |

Re: 2/4 full tilt game
I'm folding PF. Cool flop! I'm betting flop (reraising anything), b/c turn, and betting river. Against this guy, I'm pretty comfortable folding to a raise.

Re: 2/4 full tilt game
PF - I do it too

Re: 2/4 full tilt game
Dave,
Flop - I like. I rarely try to thin the field when I have a strong draw, but this is a case where you want to. Turn - I don't think a checkraise works here if we improve after raising UTG and check raising the flop, but then again, I guess it doesn't necessarily have to . . . Leading is fine UI, but I also don't think it necessarily will clear SB out, but I guess it doesn't have to . . . River - I like a lot. That's a lot of checking . . . Interesting. |
