Default turn check

Is the turn check bad, standard? Villain seemed loose and not that good. He has about $55 left on the turn.

I put villain AI on the turn. If he has a 5 were probably losing $55 on the river anyways. So I don't give him a chance to fold on the river if he is on a draw.

Hmm. I put him all in on the turn. We're not folding if he pushes the river, correct? (Depending on river of course) Might as well get it in now.

The turn check is OK imo if he's aggressive and likely to try and take a stab at the pot because he's probably pot committed. I don't mind still betting $22 on turn since its WA/WB and if he calls he's pot committed.
However it depends on how the villain is gonna view the Q.

If he sees it as a scare card, check. If not bet.

I sometimes do stuff like this against shortstacks. I'm not sure whether this portrays too much strength though.

I like the check, Isura. Villain has been rather passive the entire hand. Your check here indicates you're worried about either his flop call or the turn Q. If you think Villain will fold to any turn bet (which here I think is somewhat likely) then checking to induce a bluff is the proper play w/ an overpair, I think.

Eh, if he's a calling station, shove turn. If he's an aggro bluffer I like the turn check, hopefully gets him to lead the river.

Against unknowns I'd prefer just betting the turn.

I also like the turn check. you not only induce a bluff, but you make someone with Q-X or 99 more comfortable with calling off their stack when the river comes a rag. betting the turn may scare off the extra $55.

More on the flop. $27 or so. Push the turn. He might have 67. And he'll likely convince himself to call you if he has a pp.
