i think i saw a movie with a soundtrack by dj shadow once. it was a documentary about homeless people living in subway tunnels in NYC.

btw, this cd is supposedly hyphy, although the first song isn't at all. Its called "This time", reminds me of some 70's soul/R&B, I like that [censored] so I am feelin this.

btw, Keak Da Sneak, Turf Talk, E-40, Phonte Coleman, Q-Tip, and David Banner are all on this CD. So are a few other people whose names I don't know.

"3 Freaks" has a ridiculous beat. Its a little weird, definitely hyphy [censored]. I am not a big Keak fan, but he is somewhat amusing.

Next track "Turf Dancing" is another hyphy song, with another ridiculously chunky beat. Its got "The Federation" on it. SO far this is a Yay CD, sans the first track.

"Keep em close" feat. Nump? Who the [censored] is this? Not as crunk as the previous songs.

DOOOOPE BEAT. I like Banner too. This is a tight song.

"Broke Levee Blues" A blues song, I was really liking this song but its to damn short!
