Default $22 - AJs 5h, confused on flop

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t200 (5 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

UTG (t2825)
CO (t3210)
Button (t2210)
SB (t1175)
Hero (t4080)

Preflop: Hero is in BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
<font color="gray">UTG folds</font>, CO calls t200, <font color="gray">Button folds</font>, SB calls t100, Hero checks

Flop: (t600) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
<font color="red">SB bets t200</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to t800</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to t3010 (All-in)</font>, SB calls t775 (All-in), <font color="gray">Hero folds</font>

CO has been a fairly tricky player, involved in a lot of pots particularly when it's my BB, it seems. Overall, he seems to be a very good player. He's aggressive and can pushbot. SB is not as good, and is too loose pf.

I really expected CO to fold when I raised, and I'd be HU against SB. CO had been cautious when I showed strength. If it helps, neither player needed to think long before acting.

What should I be trying to do on the flop?

I would just call the flop bet, you have a massive hand at the moment and really don't mind seeing another card on the turn. Barring that you should push and take down the pot uncontested, how many times must I repeat this, winning uncontested pots is what wins you SNGs, not doing pansy little raises like this that result in a big bloated pot that you might get moved off either now or on the turn!

I could be mistaking, but aren't you getting 2.4-1 on your last call with 12 nut outs? If that's the case then folding is awful. I think I just flat call sb's bet and take it from there though.

I'd shove pf. I'd also shove the flop. Learn to make grown up raises.

Shove pf is also an option yeah - as a kind of PVS. Can't fault that line either.
