Default Folding Second Nut Flush correct here?

Is folding here a correct play?.. Villian is 20/5 after 50 hands is my only read. I just sat down one orbit ago and don't have any other knowledge about him

$50 NL Texas Hold'em
Table Table 109826 (Real Money)
Seat 2 is the button
Total number of players : 6
Seat 1: CO( $68.81 )
Seat 4: BB ( $166.90 )
Seat 6: UTG ( $48.80 )
Seat 3: SB-HERO ( $47.75 )
Seat 2: Button ( $47.75 )

Dealt to HERO ( 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img])

UTG calls, CO folds, Button Folds, HERO completes in SB, BB checks

FLOP($1.50) 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
HERO bets 1.25, BB folds, UTG calls 1.25

TURN ($4.00) 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
HERO checks, UTG checks

RIVER ($4.00) 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
HERO bets $3.00, UTG raises all-in $45.75, HERO?!?!?

Would he do this with any other hands than a full house or the nut flush? Can I Call this?

UTG's apparent tightness is working against you here. JsTs is the best flush he could have that you beat. And let's say he limps with that hand and with T9s, 87s, and 54s (I'm trying to limit myself to the suited connectors he could have here that make a flush on the river), well, that's still quite a bit fewer hands than the AJs-ATs, A8s-A7s, and A5s-A3s he could have also limped.

It sure is a massive overbet on the river; if we're going to assume (possibly incorrectly) that Villain's play makes sense, then one explanation could be that he's hoping you just made a flush.

Anyway, I think I would fold. If he's raising big with a slowplayed A2s or something out of frustration at the river card, then I guess it would probably work on me.
