IGM pay

What other sites besides Party and Empire have IGM Pay as a funding option? Any downside to using this payment method?

Starluck, planetluck, maybe aceclub which are all casinos. No other pokerrooms use it.

Starluck and planetluck are both owned by PartyGaming. I was under the impression that IGM-Pay was a subsidiary of PartyGaming, or something to that effect, so the only places that use it are PartyGaming Casinos and Poker Room Skins.
