Default NL 50, KQ runs into problems

I was pretty lost throughout this hand. What should I do differently here? Villain is something like 34/4/2 over not many hands (~30).

On the flop, Villain check-miniraised after two bets. That screams something better than one pair. You should've folded here.

Calling the turn is really, really bad. What are you hoping to hit on the river? A king? The fact that you hit one of your two possible outs (and we're not sure they're even clean) certainly doesn't justify calling a $15 bet.

That flop bet/raise would scare me. I've had so many people call instead of reraise preflop with AK. After that reraise on the flop I say let it go.

this looks exactly like a set who filled up on the river.

Suppose that you have AK instead of KQ. Do you still fold it?

Unless villan is very bad and totally out of line, there is no hand he has here that you beat.

This is a drawless board, so my prediction is he has 66 or 99 and was trying to find out if you had KK.

On the river he filled up, and putting you on a hand like AK or KQ, he did the right thing and pushed.

For him to have KJ or worse here, there has to be some pretty interesting history (he thinks your an idiot, or he is one himself)

Looking at all the streets in advance it does kind of look like it could be a set. But it could also be other things.

Looking at it street by street:

Preflop: Fine.

Flop: Betting is fine here. Your getting 1-5 pot odds to call. You are 1-8.4 to improve to 2 pair or trips and you may have the best hand and you have postion. I say call and see what he bets on the turn and what card the turn is.

Turn: Blank. He bets 1/2 the pot leaving about 1/2 the pot behind in your stack. If you call this you are probably going have to think about calling the river too. Now it just comes down to reads. Someone could check-min raise just to try to take control of the hand. It depends on what your image is. If your image is very aggressive and you make continuation bets often maybe he check min-raised with top pair and a weaker kicker. If he only bets good hands than you might be up against something better. Also does he min-raise on draws like 78?

River: Having decided to call the turn and improving your hand you need to call now.

The turn is the spot to decide on a read and decide if you need to fold. It depends on your best judgement given previous hands. Otherwise I play the same.

fold the flop. I dont care if its a minraise, he just c/r a bet and a raise, he has a big hand. KQ is not a big hand. For the love of god fold the turn.

Fold to the flop check raise...Fold to the turn bet...Fold on river...The river does not improve your hand..Your hand got stronger but the only hand you improved to be ahead of is the unlikely 69 two pair...KQo doesnot want to play a big pot..Get rid of it when you face too much aggression..

I would fold the flop after the SB 3-bets. You're pretty much crushed at this point. He probably has a set/twopair/AK much more often than he has a hand that you can beat.
