Default A hand I stuffed up a little earlier ... comments please

I played this hand about 30 mins ago and think I could have played it quite differently. I am interested to hear what you guys have to say. So here it is:

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|saw showdown

UTG+1 ($1104.50)
MP1 ($1015)
MP2 ($926)
MP3 ($900.59)
CO ($446.50)
Button ($1031.50)
SB ($763.25)
BB ($1277.75)
Hero ($1000)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $5.
Hero calls $10, 2 folds, MP2 calls $10, 3 folds, SB (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($40) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks, MP2 bets $35, SB calls $35, BB folds, Hero raises to $150, MP2 folds, SB calls $718.25 (All-In), Hero folds.

Final Pot: $978.25

Results in white below:
No showdown. SB wins $978.25.

There is nothing wrong with folding here ESPECIALLY in an unraised pot.
Ur most likely up against a set 2pair or the straight and u only have 150 bux in the pot. Sux u cant see the turn but I think the craise was fine u just ran into a hand that wanted to shut u down.

Villan priced you out of your draw. Nice raise, but this happens sometimes. About preflop: why no raise?

I usually bet the flop. How its played, remember, you're a favourite against everything but a set here.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

As for why I didn't raise preflop I'll just say that I would very rarely raise UTG in a FR game with this sort of hand. I would have when I started playing about a year ago, but not now.

Someone mentioned that I was a favourite against everything except a set. I don't think this correct. It might be correct that I have sufficient pot odds to Call against everything but a set (I think it is borderline for a few holdings like a straight and 2-pair that includes the 5) but I am not a favourite to win against any of his likely holdings. More than happy to be shown that I am wrong about this.

thanks again everyone.
