Loose-passives check 22-JJ in this spot. It could be a busted flush draw, but .75 AF is very passive and he likely checks busted flushes too.

I think you answered your own question in your description of villan. A passive player doesn't just bet pot on the river. If it was a small bet, I would call. But facing a pot bet, I think it's an easy fold.

I don't like preflop. If BB is bad just call and see a flop in position.
