Default Allin semibluffing at 100NL 6max

No reads on the villain, stats 28/15/2 over 47 hands. I don't usually make plays like this so critisise if this is -EV. Stats on PAH were saying that villain was calling bets on the flop so I decided to check call the flop and see the turn card. On the turn I tried to take the pot down as I weren't sure if villain had anything and if he had I could still outdraw him on the river.

#1: Never, ever, take any post-flop stats into account with only 47 hands.

#2: You really need to lead that flop for $20 or so. That'd be screaming overpair in his face, which makes it very difficult to continue with anything except a set, flopped str8, another overpair or the nut flush draw.

If he Cbets for 20 and gets minraised - is he done with his hand?

I often think, that my opponent knows that i have nothing but so do i know, that they have nothing (on exactly such a board like this with overs on both sides). So giving up after the minraise would be the best line?

How many hands is a good sample to go by?

If I get minraised on this board, I think I'm done with the hand.

You are done. If you had something, that's a different call then as minraises could easily be draw blockers, but with air you are done.

Before simple postflop stats such as bet flop and went to showdown become meaningful you need about 100 hands. Less frequently occuring stats such as raise flop or fold flop need more. Stats on later streets need hundreds of hands (and generally somewhat less with fish but more with tight players)
