A good day

While on vacation with the family in Michiana, I had a particularly good day on Thursday.

Woke up late, ate breakfast.
Read book, took nap.
Drove downtown, almost no traffic, shopped Michigan Ave.
Dinner at Pizzeria Due.
More shopping.
Drinks and live blues at B.L.U.E.S. Chicago.
Post drink super burrito at La Bamba.
Safely back to the vacation house in Michiana in just over an hour.

Cheese and sausage Chicago deep dish (they only serve deep dish at Due, no stuffed or thin) for me. Some in my group went away from the gold standard and ordered pepperoni, green pepper and mushroom.
