Withdrawing larger then usual amounts from party

Hi!

I read in a thread some person complaining that party always freezes he's account then withdrawing more than 10k. I was going to make an withdraw for about 15K today but I don't won't party to freeze my account since it's the last day to get points for the leaderbord. I usually make withdraws for about 2-4k and never had any problems. Would it be safer to make 8K now and another 7K during the week? Or will it probably be okay to withdraw the whole lot now? I am using Neteller as funding option.

Any comments welcome as usual.
