Default Sparkydog busts his Vegas cherry...

...(maybe). So, who has advice for a guy in his strapping youthful pre-21 prime who'll need a place to stay in vegas sometime in the near future? It's more than likely you need to be 21 to book reservations and get poker room rates at bellagio/wynn, right?

Under 21? Give Circus Circus or the Excalibur a try.

Vegas has got to be a boring-ass town for someone under 21, unless you're going for the rollercoasters.

Actually, now that I think about it, I went to LV when I was 20. It was ok. I was only able to gamble in the sportsbook(NFL). We only had to drive 4 hrs from San Diego, but if you're flying in it might be more of a "gamble".

Haha, he wasn't discussing underage gambling. He was discussing what hotel to stay at. Of course, Circus Circus could be a gamble anyways.

Fine print says 21 or older to reserve/check-in a room. Is this just some CYA BS, or will I have a problem upon arrival?

They will ask for ID and if you're not old enough, you wont get a room. Casinos aren't in the business of marketing to underage gamblers, even for just hotel rooms. They'd rather have them filled with potential gamblers instead.
