Default 5/10 KK monotone flop turn decision

UTG limps and I raise to $45 on the button with black KK.
UTG calls with $1200 behind and I cover.
He's newish to the table and I have no read.

Flop J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], pot $90.
He check-calls $90.

Turn Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], pot $270.
He checks, I bet $240, he check-raises to $620 with ~$500 left behind.

My action?

he could be doing this with AQwith the A of clubs. So you could be good. Id call and fold if he puts you AI on the river. If a club comes you almost have to call with the second nuts or if a 2 or 7 comes which would counterfiet QJ...obv.

If I call this can I really find a river fold for $500 into a $2000 pot?

His flop and turn play seem to risky for a set. Since you could easily check behind on the turn with a flush draw, I doubt he would check a set.

Put urself in his situation..what hands craise in this situation?
A decent flush, two pair, a set, slow played aces...that being said the critical decisaon in this hand comes on the turn...I argue for a fold considering how many hands u are behind.

And yes its very hard at times to fold KK in this spot sometimes but it's critical to make big folds at times

I mucked this pretty fast and felt okay about it.
But I've been thinking about it a lot lately.

Here's another question: what do you think of checking behind on the turn?
