Monster Tourney Help

OK, I read through the entire Monster thread, but I'm still a bit confused as to how exactly these tourneys work. Could someone who understands what the f.ck is going on please help me out.

How do you get into the weekly freerolls? Do you have to have a certain number of points or what? I understand that once in them you win an entry to the big tourney and/or some money, depending on where you place? Can you buy directly into the big tourney? And finally, correct me if I'm wrong, but there are just a bunch of these little freerolls where no one really wins any money all leading up to one huge tourney in 10 months?

A rundown of exactly how it works would be great. Thanks

Not 100% sure but heres what i got:

They are running SNG qualifiers where part of prizepool goes into the big monster pool and the rest is prizepool for the sng + number 1 gets an entry into the weekly 100k. If someone wins BBJ everyone at the same limit (not sure) gets an entry into the 100k weekly, and if you play enough hands you'll get an entry too.

If you place in the top 2000 of the 100k weekly you'll win an entry in the 1,000,000 monthly (8000 players). If you place in the top 1000 in the montly monster you'll get an entry into the big monster freeroll ( the big pool), which is also 8000 players ( theyre running it for 8 months).

i qualified via a $6 10-man LHE SnG. entered by accident. fromt the looks of it i get to keep my tourney entry for any of the freerolls i want, although surely its not a freeroll since i had to pay to qualify...
