NETELLER Card - All transfers being declined

I tried 2x today to withdrawl money to my neteller card.
BOTH were declined. The first was for $1000, then I tried another for $800.

I've never had a problem before and am pretty disturbed by this. Am I the only one here? Someone shed some light please!

I don't have a card but i'm pretty sure I read that they lowered limits recently. I could be wrong, at least I didn't accuse you of anything.
