Default Party 1/2 collusion hand

this hand seemed very strange. LetsSeeWhatHappens goes to sd 46% of time. here's an example hand before the collusion. LSWH is UTG, clearly he pays off.
hand:
Party Poker 100/200 Hold'em (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG raises, 1 fold, CO 3-bets, 3 folds, UTG calls.

Flop: (7.50 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, CO bets, UTG calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, CO bets, UTG calls.

River: (6.75 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, CO bets, UTG calls.

Final Pot: 8.75 BB

Results in white below:
UTG has 9s Ac (one pair, queens).
CO has Ah Kc (two pair, kings and queens).
Outcome: CO wins 8.75 BB.
now the collusion hand: LSWH is BB

Party Poker 100/200 Hold'em (5 handed) internettexasholdem.com

Preflop: Hero is Button with 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
2 folds, Hero raises, SB 3-bets, BB calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (9 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, BB calls, Hero raises, SB 3-bets, BB calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (9 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, BB calls, Hero folds.

River: (11 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, BB folds.

Final Pot: 12 BB

...? I don't see how you can list this as 'collusion'. You weren't squeezed at all. Maybe BB had JdTd? Who knows. Maybe he is just a bad player...

You definately need alot more evidence to make such a strong allegation.

It would look a lot more like collusion if he raised the turn then folded when 3 bet.

This guy is a seemingly good playre. No good player would play KJ KT or JT this way. it's a mistake PF, on the flop and on the turn.

He seems like anything but a good player based on hand #1. Seriously, what gives?
