Photoshop/design gurus, help me design a t-shirt?

I'm trying to make a custom t-shirt for a friend, but I find I am totally useless at using Photoshop, so I'm willing to pay $20 if someone will design my version of the shirt shown below.

Zazzle is probably the best site to create it, since they have more flexibility with colors, etc. I like the colors used in the shirt shown.

Where my shirt differs from the one below, is that I'd like the stick figure to be sliding feet-first into some bowling pins. Probably pretty similar to the pose he's in now, but with some bowling pins in the air or something. (You can probably guess the story behind this).


So, any of you photoshop gurus want to give it a shot? I will transfer $20 via neteller to whoever creates the shirt that I buy.
