legal repercussions of this brilliant idea?

so, my friend has a great idea.

Go to see Snakes on a Plane and release snakes in the movie theater. They would be non dangerous and hopefully very active.

What could we get charged with if we tried to do this?

And yeah, I know it'll be hard to sneak snakes into a movie theater, but logistics are a secondary concern to legal ramifications

Err definitely lots of lawsuits from this.

Lots of tort liability. Intentional infliction of emotional distress, battery, assualt, strict liabilty for wild animals, etc.

I'm sure there are lots of crim laws that would apply to releasing wild animals in a public place.

But the hilarity factor would be off the charts. If you have no money for peopel to take and you don't mind bars for a bit it would be worthwhile.

I have a better idea. Bring a fifth of liquor into the movie theater instead of snakes, and let it loose into your stomach.
