Default Horrible TV Commercials

Inspired by the other thread, I'd like to hear what people think are the worst commercials on TV right now.

One series that I hate right now is the Century 21 ads.

In one of them, an agent meets an asian couple at the airport and they make a huge deal out of how he spent all morning learning how to say hello in their language. I always think, "wow, sucks for you it took you all morning to learn one phrase."

In another, a woman thanks the agent for showing her so many places on her small budget. When she says "you must have showed me 20 places" the agent corrects her and says "well, more like 35." I immediately think, "okay, bitch."

The overly played Heinekin commercial with the Pussycat Dolls song in the background. Oy.

I hate the vytorin commercial because it says that cholesterol comes from the food you eat and your family history. But when talking about the family history they say that you "get" your high cholesterol from your aunt and your cousin.

You don't get anything from an aunt. Sure, maybe your aunt got something from a grandparent that you also got. But you didn't get squat from the aunt. Unless you live in Tennessee.

I hate the Nationwide commercial where the light switch somehow controls the neighbor's garage. It's not funny and doesn't make sense.

I mainly find it odd that the thing they're hyping about their beer is how cold it is. To me, coldness should not be the top characteristic of your beer.

Well if it's really really cold it'll numb your tongue and you won't be able to taste how bad it is.

The Ford commercial with Taylor from American Idol gets muted immediately and quickly. There's just nothing good about it.

Dr. Scholl's "gellin" commercials, specifically the one at the wedding.
