Default 100NL backing my stack with AK

This is my first time playing with villain so no stats but he didn't seem to get out of line.

When he overbet the flop it was either fold or ai. The question is: Is this a good time to fold TPTK?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($83.70)
MP ($118.38)
Hero ($93.65)
Button ($27.60)
SB ($103.80)
BB ($134.90)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $2</font>, MP calls $2, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $10</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, UTG calls $8, MP calls $8.

<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $40</font>, MP folds, Hero calls $83.65 (All-In), UTG calls $33.70 (All-In).

River: ($188.85) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 2 all-in)</font>

In a 30BB pot with 80BB behind it's almost never a good time to fold TPTK.

I agree with Jam here.

The only thing that would make me suspicious here is the min raise from UTG. I've run across a lot of folks that like to min raise AA and KK and then just smooth call a reraiser. However, there are plenty of folks that will min raise a small to medium pocket pair and then just call a reraise as well OOP.

You've reraised PF and now you've hit your hand, I can't see folding here to an overbet lead with no reads on villain. Too often villain has KQ-KTs or even an underpair and is trying to push you off your hand.
