Choose your death

I recently had a discussion with a friend about the following ways to die:

Assuming you are in your mid 20's or something

1) You are killed right now, with no pain at all. You don't even see it coming.

2) You get to live for another 25 years, but at after exactly 25 years there comes a man who tortures you for 30 days straight. He is really good at his job, so you will have maximum pain for 30 days before you die.

Is it worth to live another 25 years (knowing you're gonna die in the most horrible way) ?

I was thinking about this. Do you think that living like this is worse than when you exactly know when it's going to happen?

Either way, I choose 1) or take the killerbees.
