Who should I refinance my car with?

I'm not sure if this belongs in this forum, but ...
Anyways I financed the purchase of a car w/ HSBC a couple months ago, and I don't like them. That's not the point of the post, but I was wondering who you guys would recommend that I refinance my car with. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.

Is the interest rate too high. If it isn't I wouldn't bother. Otherwise take a look at Capital One Auto Finance.
