Anyone know where I can find a hand converter to post a B&M hand?

You can do this manually. Actually, you have to do this manually because the point of a hand converter is being able to copy and paste the hand history that online sites store to your hardrive, pt, po, etc. Obviously this is not the case when it comes to a live hand.
