Default Help me mask the smell of herb

I work for an extremely old-fashioned (read: boring) company with lots of stuffed shirt types. My company refuses to supply any alcohol, so I'm going to a dry company event this Friday night and the only thing that's going to make it tolerable is burning a few beforehand. Unfortunately, the herb I have now is extremely smelly/skunky and I can't exactly walk in right after smoking it. Anyone have advice on how to mask the smell without making it too obvious (i.e. bathing in Lemon Pledge)?

How about just sucking it up for the couple hours you're going to have to be there and then do whatever you want afterwards?

it seems to me there is no good reason for him to forego toking up before hand if he can take adequate precautions to avoid detection. Maybe change your clothes before you show up, breath mint, and visine.

That's pretty much the point. Picture an evening filled with suits in their mid-50's and their boring wives - with hours of office humour ("can you believe he filled out the T2121 instead of the T2140!"), golf conversations, and interest-rate debates. Drugs are my only viable means of avoiding suicide.

Change of clothes is a good idea, same with some cologne. Maybe I'll post a trip report if A) it isn't too boring & B) I can remember anything.

Well you have to admit filling out the ol' T2121 instead of the T2140 is a pretty lol mistake.
