I'm heading out to visit my family for a week in early August in Atwater, CA (1.5 hour drive east of San Jose).
I did some research and found these to be the cardrooms to consider, in order of distance from where I'll be staying: -Mike's Card Casino -Casino Real -Comstock Card Room -Cameo Club -Lucky Buck Card Room -Palace Card Room -Bay 101 -Garden City -Lucky Chances Could you give me any advice on any of these cardrooms? I'm not TOO picky about game selection since I play limit hold em online, though more the merrier. Also, which of these cardrooms are 18+ and which aren't? |

(EDITED: I flamed you for not reading the other Bay Area thread but I guess 1.5 hours away is no longer really the Bay Area.) |

The only 18+ casinos in CA are the indian casinos. I don't believe that any you mentioned are 18+. Bay 101, Garden City, Lucky Chances are all 21+ for sure.
I'm pretty sure the others are too. |

Really? Even all of these little 4 and 5 table rooms aren't Native American?

-Lucky Buck Card Room [/ QUOTE ] ahahahahahhahahhhha I live in Livermore. Nobody would travel from another city to play at the lucky buck. It's a little room off the side of our dinky bowling alley. 3/6, 4/8 holdem and omaha. |

turlockpoker.com This card room is about 20 minutes from atwater. There is also another cardroom in Merced and a couple Indian casinos in Fresno. Table Mountain, Chuckchance (not spelled right) and Club One.
