how to completely remove party and skins?

How do I uninstall the software so I can make a completely clean install? this is not for a gnome account it is to make an empire account after having party on my comp. Apparently it's allowed but not allowed at the same time. Different players have gotten different responses from CS. ANyways I would like to completely removethe party/empire software so I can make a clean Empire install. Isn't there some like registry keys to delete or something? anyone have a good link?
