Default 2 pair vs lag and a turn overbet

Friend played this hand. Opponent here is pretty wild, bad lag. What do you usually make of a large turn overbet here?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $2 Hero (6 handed)

Button ($251.61)
SB ($50.81)
Hero ($203)
UTG ($315.19)
MP ($209.59)
CO ($150.15)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
UTG calls $2, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, SB (poster) completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($6) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $6</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $23</font>, SB folds, Hero calls $17.

Turn: ($52) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, UTG calls $290.19 (All-In), Hero...

Fold without stats. Can we please have some stats/better read if available?

Without a read, this is the easiest fold evar.

Villian's overbet tendencies will tell you whether or not this is a call or fold... but it's usually a fold.
