Default FF_WoodyCooks Limit Moving Plan?

I saw it mentioned in another post here. Went to Woodycooks blog, looks like he started the blog over and the old ones are missing. Is there a post or can someone explain his idea?

Here ya go

500 $11's
ROI >= 15% = Move to $22's
ROI < 15% = 500 more $11's

500 $22's
ROI >= 12.5% = Move to $33's
ROI < 12.5% = 500 more $22's

500 $33's
ROI >= 10% = Move to $55's
ROI < 10% = 500 more $33's

then
1000 $55's

I started the blog ffwoodycooks.blogspot.com over again because I reworked my game and I believe these returns are on the conservative side if I am playing near optimally.
I had been away from SNG's for a while and felt like I learned alot through my first 1,000 or so being back at them. So I wanted to start over again with confidence in my reworked game. First week results will be posted Sunday early morning.

Well that is a fine ROI for that level, youll make a fair sum of money. Jumping to the 109's is a fairly big jump though, so I'm not sure quite what ROI youd want to move beyond 55s, but if I couldn't beat the 55's for 10%, I would seriously question moving up further.
