OOP Sucks.
CO is 50/4, total fish. Buttn is 40/25 after 35 hands, we've tangled when I had position and I've outplayed him consitently. He is a weak player. My preflop options suck here.

We're OOP, not closing the action, might have to fold the best hand on the flop, might bet playing for set value, we have no idea where we stand and we might needlessly stack off for no reason. Also, it might be the case that we don't even get action on the flop, depending on what buttons range is. Last reason folding isn't bad, is just b/c the other 2 options seem to suck. Reraising is out, folding is out, that leaves calling.
I'd probably lead a flop without overcards and fold to a raise.

I was referring to Button. A PSR seems to be large in this position, and even that would be raising to only $11. [/ QUOTE ] Did you miss the part about btn being a very weak player? He consistently takes stabs at the wrong places then gives up. CO basically is going to C/C anything less than 2 pair. That's not the case at all. Rather, I typically begin a post without too many thoughts. Then when others respond, I analyze their analysis to get a sense of what I believe is correct. I am not deaf to criticism, and have no predispositions. As you can see by my resonse to Dbitel's post, I hadn't even considered folding, but after he explained I may consider it in other situations. I certainly benefit from doing this, sometimes my responders do too.
