All-in.

Raise this flop every single time.

Fly,

why is a raise on the flop so far superior to calling? And why is an all in on the turn better than a call or a fold?

The raise is far superior because your chances of having the best hand after the turn could diminish significantly. Pushing sooner rather than later gives you the most fold equity, plus you have 6 outs on the turn and 9 outs on the river if they flopped or end up making a flush.
