I think this is fine given the river card being an utter disaster. You could also call here, as his bet is giving you nice odds. It's really a crying call, considering that every draw within reason is now complete, and two pair is very possible.

Reload your stack, you always want to have at least the full buy-in.

Raise a little more preflop, $1-$1.25. I raise the turn, if he has the A it sucks, but it looks more like a draw wanting to see a cheap river.

As played he probably got there on the river, but getting 3:1 on your call I'd have a hard time laying this down.

Others will say this, but the standard preflop raise in most cash games is 4xBB + 1BB per limper. Its a pretty good guideline, though you can choose to deviate from it if the situation dictates.

This turn bet looks an awful lot like someone who wants to see a cheap river and is using a scare card to do it. Villian did lead weak at every other street though. This looks so much like a draw and not a made hand. What do you guys think of a raise to like $9 on the turn? Keeps your hand from being flipped over and probably gets you a free showdown. It kinda turns your hand into a bluff that can still beat hands like 8h Xh, etc. Really if this is better based on how often villian has a draw and how often villian had us beat on turn. What do you guys think?

As played, you're getting great odds to call, but villian either has you beat or is bluffing a missed draw. The decision on whether or not to call here is very read dependent, but I don't mind folding vs some villians.

There isn't a missed draw on the river other than a gutshot.

Otherwise your advice looks fine. Although a turn raise isn't a bluff, it's a value raise since many worse hands will call.
