Default Is this too passive?

Party $50/100 from a little while back. I open AKs UTG and get 3 bet from an unknown. Supercraw who I believe is a really good player but I can't remember that far back calls 2 more from the big blinds and I cap. 3 to the flop.

A97 rainbow flop. Supercraw checks I bet and both call.

Turn is a 5 and brings a flush draw. Supercraw checks I bet, one fold and now Supercraw checkraises me. I call.

The river is another 5 for a A9755 board he bets and I call.

At this limit online should I be 3 betting this turn? If so can I really fold to a cap as the villain can easily have the same hand as me?

depends on the villian.... this is not "too passive"... there are plenty of villians that I'll 3 bet this turn against and fold to a cap, there are also villians that I'll raise this turn against (while still folding to a cap), and check behind on the river, and other villians that I 3 bet and then bet the river.... I just got a new comp and don't have my old one w/ me, so I don't have stats, but Iseem to remember him being solid,.... also, a lot of this has to deal w/ how ur viewed @ the table... but w/out a better read on supercraw is this is absolutely 100% fine

Sometimes he will have AQ, sometimes he has a set. I like calling down because I'm not good enough to fold if 3 bet but he might be good enough to fold AQ/AJ if I raise.

Thanks for the thoughts guys. He rolled AQs and I was just curious if I should be playing this more aggressive.

Villian capable of 3betting you preflop w/77? Your looking at either AK, AQ, or some pp. Possibly 99. I'm either reraising turn or river depending on what color my boxers are that day.

Then again, I've been slowing lately w/TPTK.
