Default TT in BB vs. tight UTG raiser

UTG raiser is tight. This is the first hand I've seen the guy VP$IP.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB (t6973)
Hero (t9275)
UTG (t5184)
UTG+1 (t8299)
UTG+2 (t20095)
MP1 (t12651)
MP2 (t4962)
MP3 (t19913)
CO (t9195)
Button (t6671)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG raises to t800, 8 folds, Hero calls t400.

Flop: (t1800) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets t1200, UTG calls t1200.

Turn: (t4200) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG calls [t3184] , Hero folds.

Final Pot: t4200

I don't know what I was doing in this hand. That's why I'm posting it. After some thought I've decided that I had two good options. The first was to call and c/f if I didn't flop a ten. The second was to reraise all-in.

What's the best play in your opinion?

The minraise screams out AA or KK to me.

So call is fine because you will nearly always get paid off if you hit the set by somebody donkish enough to minraise.

But I c/f after that if I whiff.

I mean, this isn't the only possibility, but absent a read other than the dude is tight, this is how I play it FWIW.

Any idea what your table image is? That would make a big difference to me on this hand, because if you've been aggressive betting on flops, your play pre-flop and on the flop could look like an AK or AQ and his push might not mean anything.
