Default 4/180- Pot odds call on the final table bubble

I probably had some reads, but I don't remember them anymore.

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t1200 with t75 antes (5 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

UTG (t28308)
Hero (t26611)
Button (t17649)
SB (t41490)
BB (t19813)

Preflop: Hero is in CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
<font color="gray">UTG folds</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to t3000</font>, Button calls t3000, <font color="gray">SB folds</font>, <font color="gray">BB folds</font>

Flop: (t8175) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
<font color="red">Hero bets t4000</font>, <font color="red">Button raises to t14574 (All-in)</font>, Hero calls t10574

I figured villains most likely hand was a pair of kings or a pocket pair higher than my fives. I was getting almost 3 to 1 odds, and I figured that was about right to make the call here. I pokerstoved his actual hand (KQ), and it was a close fold.

My question is whether or not the math I did in my head is close to what other people would come up with, and if most people would call here or not, just based on math estimations, not pokerstove. Also, if anybody would play this hand differently, I'd like to hear about that too.

You are actually getting ~2.6:1 here. I'm pretty sure I find a fold here w/ bottom pair when I show strength PF and post flop and someone comes OTT for all their chips. You still need help if they have 66 or eights. Other than that it looks fine, was this FT bubble time?

Thought so, in that case I find it pretty rare in these where someone is willing to risk not making the FT w/out being severely short stacked or thinks they have the best hand. W/ bottom pair I think you really need to fold here, especially w/ the king showing. You have a hand that can push people off their good hands, but definitely isn't good enough to call a push IMO.

I didn't think I had the best hand after he pushed, I just thought that I had the odds to call. I guess I kind of overvalued my odds, I saw the pot was about 27k and I needed to call about 10k, and that hit my brain as "almost 3 to 1," which immediately became "3 to 1." I guess I need to be more accurate in my odds calculations.
