ClubWorldCasinos $10 max wtf?

So, ClubWorldCasinos has a 100% to $100 sticky type 1 with 15x(D+B) bonus that can be cleared playing BJ. Cool. Not the most excellent WR, but that's not important to this.

I deposit to play some BJ with my now $200 stack and am floored to see that they have a $10 max bet, which basically makes playing a sticky bonus useless. Well, I decide that's fine, I like to gambool, so I'll go play some pai gow. $10 max. War is the same story.

So, does anybody know if this limit can be raised? I just e-mailed support to ask about it and have not heard back (and I suspect it might take a while for a reply). If you know, please tell me so I can raise the limit or get out of Dodge. I'll post an update when I get a reply.

Regarding the max $10 per hand, we lowered this amount for new players
in the casino until we get to know them and see how they play, as a lot
of players come in and abuse the bonuses playing very large hands on
blackjack. Once a player has deposited more than 3 times in the casino,
they are moved into a different VIP level and the max $10 per hand is
raised.
