Sorry if my post is rather noobish. I just need some help. I deposited $50 at Casino Tropez and they gave me a $50 joining bonus and a $50 bonus for being a Titan poker player. This is my first casino thing I have done so I am rather new to it. So at the bottom of my email it says that I have to wager the 50 bucks 25x. I have done that and along the way i got my account up to $220. I tried to cashout $100 and things were fine, but they dropped my balance to $20. They are trying to tell me the bonuses aren't cashable??? Is this normal? I thought the bonuses were totally cashable as long as you wagered the agreed upon amount. Someone please help me out and lend me some info. I am sorry if I sound like a total [censored], but I tried search and didn't find anything... Thanks for any help I get...

Always always always read the terms and conditions of a bonus before you do it! This will save you a lot of trouble.

This is a sticky bonus, the bonus amount is subtracted on your first cashout. The way to play stickies is to win big or bust trying.

Bet $50 a hand, triple your deposit or bust(make your own bonus basically), work off the rest of the WR like a cashable. Google sticky bonuses. also find out if this is a Sticky 1 or 2. the second one stays in your account until it expires or you bust it, the first is gone after the initial cashout.
