B2B poker network affiliate links

I have one question about B2B affiliate links.

How you can point your affiliate link to the poker sites main site. Usually the links look like this:
http://www.xxxxxxxxxx.com/?code=xxxx and that goes to
http://www.xxxxxxxxxx.com/Cashier/Sign-u...6&code=xxxx

I have seen some affiliates linking their traffic to the main site but how they do it? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

It all depends, i have failed to make it to the main page on my affiliate accounts on several b2b sites. But it worked without doing anything one some others. Don't know though, perhaps its just pre done by the site.
