Default Is this Leatherman knife brand new or used?

Let's make this story simple.

Mr. A bought a Leatherman knife on eBay from Mr. B. B opend up the box, and he thinks it's used. B contacted A, and A thinks it's brand new.

Here's the pictures of the Leather man. Let me know whether you think this is used or brand new.

Thanks.

ps. ...I'm one of the guys, A or B. I won't tell you yet to make this bias free.

Def used, look at the phillips head attachment and the wear and tear on the head.

Leatheman tests all their knifes at the factory to make sure they are in good working order. This knife shows wear from that test, thats all. This knife is brand new.

uhm, wtf?? of course its used.

I say used, cuz I have a leatherman. Mine is two years old and still looks pretty prestine. I even worked as a boatsman on a cruise ship for a while, and it got a lot of use then.

Could you put up a shot of it closed, to see wear/damage on the outside casing?

- You should put up a poll on whether or not you are Mr. A or Mr. B. I vote Mr. A.

Why does it even matter, it's not like it's ever going to "wear out" anyway.

The first two pics could be new, the third one is clearly used, and I don't even know what the 4th is a picture of. Very nice camera though.
