PP skipping blinds glitch.

Has anyone seen this happen before?

In the first hand everything is 'normal' .
The second hand, seat9 skips both the Small and Big Blind.
The third hand, seat10 skips the SB, seat1 skips the BB.

Reported to info@partypoker.com, but I am not used to sensible replies from them.
